Refund policy

All Products are eligible for a refund. If it is a request for reimbursement by will of the buyer, the products must be returned intact, complete and packaged in the original packaging. They must in no case have been worn and damaged.

The Buyer's desire to be reimbursed must be communicated to customer service by email at hello@lounarrow.com

The Buyer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. During this period, the Purchaser may return the Products to the address specified below, without having to justify any reasons, nor to pay a penalty. It must imperatively communicate the tracking number of the package as soon as possible by email to Hello @ lounarrow.com

The return costs are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser with the exception of a Product defective on receipt, or an error in sending the Product.

LounArrow will reimburse the Purchaser for returned Products only (the shipping and handling costs of the package remain the responsibility of the Purchaser).

In case of delivery of a defective product, the buyer must send photos of the product to hello@lounarrow.com. After discussion with customer service, the product must be returned and will either be exchanged or refunded.
